TM-2432 Potting Machine

This is the newly redesigned Mayer TM-2432 Potting Machine. The new TM-2432 comes in 2 different configurations. The Mayer TM-2432 is available in a single (E Model) or double drill (D Model). Both models feature a lower working height and ergonomic 14-position carousel turn table. The E model is capable of filling up to 3000 pots per hour and the D Model is capable of filling up to 5550 pots per hour, depending on the pot size and the drill mode.

E Model:

Round Pots – 4.5″ to 12.5″ (11.4 cm to 31.8 cm)
Square Pots 3″ to 8.5″ (7.6 cm to 21.5 cm)
3000 Pots per hour depending on pot size.

D Model:

Round Pots – 3.5″ to 12.5″ (8.9 cm to 31.8 cm)
Square Pots 3″ to 8.5″ (7.6 cm to 21.5 cm)
5550 Pots per hour depending on pot size.

The 14-piece turntable and elevator are remotely controlled. Depending on your needs, you can also use the frequency-control feature to operate many of the other features such as the drill motor, elevator, turntable start/stop, and the soil control volume of the elevator.
