Media Processer

The Media Processor is ideal for decompressing or “fluffing” 3.8 cubic foot bales of compressed peat or pre-mix media. The rotating tines uniformly break up chunks of peat as they pass from the loading area to the discharge at the top of the incline. The integrated watering bar enables the desired amount of moisture to be added and helps to maximize the yield of the bale. Optional adjustable caster wheels allow the media processor to be easily moved to service multiple filling machines. Our large Recipe Blending Soil System utilizes direct drive motors and gearboxes, which means no chains or sprockets to maintain. The conveyor belts ride on roller frames to ensure longevity, and components that come in contact with fertilizer and mix are stainless steel.
