  • Anthea Drum Seeder

    Anthea Drum Seeder

The Anthea Drum Seeder is engineered for maximum efficiency, delivering up to 1600 trays per hour. Designed for growers seeking high output with minimal downtime, this compact high-speed seeding machine is your go-to solution for fast, accurate, and versatile seeding.

  • Covering/Watering Unit

    Covering/Watering Unit

The Covering/Watering Unit is a significant enhancement to any seeding line, designed to apply a uniform top coating of media and distribute water evenly across trays as they exit the seeder. This innovative unit is engineered to activate only when a tray is detected, ensuring efficient use of materials and reducing waste. The unit includes a vermiculite drum hopper, which features adjustable settings to precisely control the flow of media, catering to various seeding requirements.

In addition to its covering capabilities, the unit boasts two laser-drilled water-bars that guarantee consistent water application across the trays, promoting optimal seed germination conditions. The design of these water bars ensures that each tray receives an even distribution of water, essential for uniform seedling growth.

This unit seamlessly integrates into existing seeding lines and is controlled via touch screen controls located on an Urbinati seeder, allowing for easy operation and adjustments. For operations requiring more extensive water distribution, additional water bars can be added to the system.

By incorporating the Covering/Watering Unit into your seeding line, you not only enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your seeding process but also contribute to higher yield and better quality seedlings through precise media and water application. This unit is an essential tool for any modern agricultural setup aiming to optimize their seeding operations.

  • Lambda Drum Seeder

    Lambda Drum Seeder

The Lambda Drum Seeder can be equipped with 1 to 3 seeding drums, for seeding staggered plug trays, multiple seed types, and/or granulated chemicals consecutively during the seeding process. It is available as a stand-alone unit, or as part of a complete seeding line. The seeding drum is electronically controlled instead of mechanically driven, enabling it to sow a wide range of seeds in either single or multiple quantities per cell, with high accuracy. Customized seeding drums can be ordered that provide for a virtually infinite number of seeding patterns. Depending on the tray cell count and seed type, it can sow up to 650 trays per hour, when sowing one seed per cell. The Lambda Drum Seeder also allows for easy changeover of tray and seed types as the seeding and dibbler drums can be quickly changed out without the use of any tools. The user-friendly control panel with keypad and view screen provides for easy setup and adjustment and enables the operator to enter and store up to 99 different seeding programs.

  • SF13 Seeder

    SF13 Seeder

The SF13 Seeder is an entry-level seeder for low-volume seeding, up to 1700 rows per hour. The SF13 features fully pneumatic operation and does not require electricity. Advances trays with automatic steps. Seeder uses a venturi operation to pick up seeds from the seed tray. The SF13 works with most standard trays and seeds, naked and pelleted. Complete automatic dibbler operation included. Trays are hand-loaded into the seeder and then automatically seeded. Capable of multiple seeds per cell with multiple passes. The SF13 Seeder comes with a nozzle kit, first seeder bar, and matching dibbler. Additional nozzles, seeder bars, and dibble configurations can be purchased.

All seeder sales require tray samples and a list of intended seeds to be sown. In some cases, seed samples may be requested.

  • Soil Covering Unit

    Soil Covering Unit

The Soil Covering Unit is an advanced solution designed to apply soil, sand, and other media to the tops of flats and pots. Mounted atop a 2.3-meter powered conveyor, it features variable speed controls to ensure precise application. This precision is further enhanced by a lift gate and the hopper’s variable speed grip belt conveyor, which together regulate the flow of media for customized coverage.

This unit significantly boosts efficiency by providing consistent and even distribution of covering material. This not only improves the overall quality of the planting process but also ensures that each pot and flat receives the optimal amount of media. Such consistency is crucial for promoting uniform plant growth and health.

Ideal for large-scale operations, the Soil Covering Unit streamlines workflow, making the entire process more efficient and less labor-intensive. By reducing the need for manual labor, it allows staff to focus on other critical tasks, thereby enhancing overall productivity. Its robust design and reliable performance make it a valuable addition to any horticultural setup, ensuring that growers can achieve high-quality results with minimal effort. The Soil Covering Unit is an essential tool for modern growers aiming to optimize their planting processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • KAPPA Seeder

    KAPPA Seeder

The KAPPA Seeder is an entry-level seeder capable of sowing up to 2400 rows per hour. The KAPPA Seeder features a pneumatic seeder mounted atop a 5-foot-long, 23.5-inch-wide power conveyor belt. The Kappa can be used as a stand-alone seeder, or incorporated with other automation in a seeding line. The seeder uses a venturi operation to pick up seeds from the seed tray and release them into the drop tubes. The Kappa works with most standard trays and seeds, naked and pelleted. Manually adjustable tray guide rails and a 5.7” color touch-screen panel make setup fast and easy. Complete automatic dibbler operation included. Programmable to sow multiple seeds per cell, or with optional multi-seed nozzles. The KAPPA Seeder comes with a nozzle kit, the first seeder bar, and a matching dibbler. Additional nozzles, seeder bars, and dibble configurations can be purchased.

All seeder sales require tray samples and a list of intended seeds to be sown. In some cases, seed samples may be requested.

  • ANS 750 Needle Seeder

    ANS 750 Needle Seeder

The ANS 750 Needle Seeder sows up to 24” wide trays, providing high-volume precision seeding to the grower (average 2 seconds per row for a single seed). The various-sized seed suction needles allow seeds of all shapes and sizes to be sown (including Raw Petunia, Marigold, and Tomato). Capable of seeding directly into flats or plug trays. Through the draw-mounted digital touchscreen control panel, you can program the seeder to make 1-99 seed drops per cell.
