3030 Potting Machine

The 3030 Potting Machine is “the potting machine re-invented.” Its robust construction, advanced drive system, PLC control, and user-friendly color touchscreen, enable smooth operation at highly productive speeds. The 3030 can accommodate pots from 3” up to 11.75” in diameter depending on which of the three different potting modes are used; Single (up to 9.5″ diameter pots), Double (up to 5.5″ pots), or Alternate (up to 11.75″ pots).

Filling capacity can reach up to 8,000 pots per hour in double pot-ring working mode, depending on pot size and speed setting. An automatic pot de-stacker with an in-feed conveyor ensures pots are dispensed rapidly and smoothly enough to keep up with the high potting speeds. The adjustable drill unit quickly prepares the soil for the manual or automatic planting of plugs or liners. The combination of front wheels, rear casters, and built-in fork pockets make it easy to move and position the potter anywhere in the facility. In short, the future of potting has arrived — in the form of the 3030 Potting Machine.

The 3030 is available in two versions, Standard and Long.
