Hand-watering product as it comes off the line is slow and uneven, and water keeps running when nothing is passing through. AdeptAg Water Tunnels water flats, trays, pots, and hanging baskets as they ride the conveyor, and wire into your line controls so watering stops and starts with production. Four adjustable water curtains give even coverage, and water only flows when product is present. Choose a 7- or 14-foot tunnel, with longer lengths available

  • Watering That Follows Your Line

    Wire the tunnel into your production line controls. When the line stops or starts, so does the water, so nothing sitting in the tunnel gets over- or under-watered.

    Four Curtains You Control

    Each of the four laser-drilled water bars adjusts from fully open to fully closed, so you can dial in coverage for each crop and container.

    Variable-speed powered belt up to 80 feet per minute, in 16″ or 22″ widths.

    Room for Tall Containers

    Handles containers up to 31.5″ tall, including hanging baskets with hangers. Extra-wide and extra-tall units are available.

    More Dwell Time When You Need It

    Go with the 14-foot tunnel for longer exposure under the water on crops that need heavier watering, or add length with 21′, 28′ and 35′ options.
