SM 1000 Label Applicator

Labeling by hand is one of those quiet labor sinks: every pot, every tray, every order, somebody has to place a label, straight, in the right spot, all day. The Label Applicator handles it automatically. It bolts onto your existing conveyor on a wheeled, height-adjustable frame, so you can drop it into the line you already run. Rotary knobs control clearing speed and throughput distance, and the head tilts to the angle you need for pots, trays, or flat product.

  • Adds Onto the Line You Already Run

    Supplied standard on a wheeled frame that rolls up to your existing conveyor. No structural changes, no line rebuild. If you move your packaging area or change the flow, the machine moves with it.

    Height Adjusts to the Product

    The frame is adjustable in height, so you set where on the product the sticker lands. Whether you're labeling the side of a pot, the lip of a tray, or a flat surface, the head goes where you need it.

    Tilts for Pots and Angled Surfaces

    The machine can be set to an angle of inclination — useful for applying a sticker to the curved or slanted face of a pot rather than only flat product.

    Two Rotary Knobs Set Speed and Distance

    Clearing speed and throughput distance are dialed in with rotary knobs on the unit. Set it once for your product run, and stickers land straight, in the same spot, every time.
