Automate pot dispensing with the PD-X1, a high-speed system that separates, grips, and places pots into carrier trays with precision. Servo-controlled gantry and vacuum gripper assembly ensure accurate, consistent placement at up to 400 trays per hour.

The PD-X1 performs best when it's dialed in to one pot type and run that way for the whole season. It handles round, stadium, and square pots from 3" to 6.5" in diameter. Swappable cartridges and interchangeable gripper assemblies let you set it up for your main pot and tray, and re-tool it when your program changes between seasons. If your line changes pot sizes or shapes daily or weekly, look at the PD-X3, which is built for frequent changeovers.

A good fit if you:

  • Run one main pot size and shape for a full season
  • Change pots rarely, such as between seasons or crop cycles
  • Want dependable, hands-off placement in 2-, 3-, or 4-row carrier trays

Consider the PD-X3 if you:

  • Change pot sizes or shapes daily or weekly
  • Run many SKUs through the same line
