A drum seeder is a fast, accurate way to sow plug trays: as each tray passes, a rotating drum uses vacuum to pick up seed and drop it into every cell, one seed or several. Because the Lambda’s drum is electronically controlled instead of mechanically driven, it handles a wide range of seed shapes and sizes with consistent placement, sowing 1 to 99 seeds per cell at up to 650 trays an hour. Change over without tools, store up to 99 seeding programs, and run one drum or up to three to stage different seeds or granulated chemicals in a single pass.
