The HE3 HydraFiber Expander is the compact way to bring HydraFiber processing in-house. It returns compressed HydraFiber Ultra bales to their fibrous state and blends them with your base media at up to 50 yd³/hr — all in a footprint that drops into the mix line you already run.     Tune the Recipe by Crop, Season, or Block

    You control the blend, not a supplier. Dial fiber inclusion up to 50% of the final mix and adjust it for the crop, the season, or a specific block instead of being locked into one recipe.

    Fewer Substrate SKUs to Manage

    HydraFiber takes over the air-porosity and drainage role in your mix, letting you replace perlite and reduce reliance on peat, coir, bark, and vermiculite — consolidating what you have to buy and store.

    Feeds Your Crop a Substrate That Outperforms Peat

    HydraFiber's fiber surface area is up to 7x greater than peat, which means up to 10–36.6% more available water to every plant, better air space, and faster root establishment — without a water-expansion step like coir blocks require.

It covers up to 50 yd³/hr of blended throughput and supports up to 50% fiber inclusion, which fits most single-site and mid-size operations. If you're consistently pushing past 50 yd³/hr sustained, talk to an AdeptAg rep about the right size for your throughput.
Yes. The HE3 drops into your existing mix line with no reconfiguration and outputs expanded fiber via discharge conveyor to whatever downstream system you run. Prior HydraFiber machines have integrated successfully with common third-party mixers and fillers, you don't need to replace your mix line to add one.
