Placing Growcoons into trays by hand caps how much you can propagate, and adding seasonal labor just to keep up gets expensive. The Advanced Growcoon Dispenser seats biodegradable Growcoons into your trays with pick and place accuracy, in two formats. The Automatic runs up to 56,000 an hour inline with your filling line. The Manual places up to 7,500 an hour with no electricity or compressed air, so it fits almost anywhere in your facility.

  • Run the Automatic on a continuous, high-volume filling line, or set up the Manual as a standalone station with no power or air hookups

  • Two Formats, One Placement System

    Choose the Automatic for a continuous, high-volume line or the Manual for a flexible standalone station. Both use the same pick and place system, so placement quality is the same either way.

    Placement You Can Count On

    Pick and place seats each Growcoon in the tray, instead of dropping it in the way older dispensers do. You get fewer misplaced Growcoons and more consistent trays.

    Up to 56,000 an Hour, Inline

    The Automatic fills a full row every 1.2 seconds and integrates directly into your existing filling line. It runs continuously with minimal operator input.

    No Power or Air Required

    The Manual runs without electricity or compressed air, and anyone can operate it with no special training. Its compact footprint fits almost any location.

    Nearly Any Tray and Growcoon Combination

    Both models handle trays from 9.8 to 23.6″ on the short or long edge, and Growcoons from 0.7 to 2.8″ tall with 0.4 to 3.9″ top diameters.

    Quick Changeovers

    The same dispensing head is used on both models, and it swaps in 10 to 15 minutes to run a different Growcoon size or tray.

The Automatic Advanced Growcoon Dispenser automates the precise placement of Growcoons into trays, seating up to 56,000 per hour, a full row every 1.2 seconds, with the accuracy and repeatability the old drop method can’t match. An integrated tray dispenser feeds the line automatically while pick-and-place technology seats every Growcoon correctly, and changeovers are fast across a wide range of tray and Growcoon combinations. It handles Growcoon heights from 0.7 to 2.8 inches and top diameters from 0.4 to 3.9 inches, across trays from 9.8 to 23.6 inches. Drop it into a full propagation line with an RN-12 tray filler, master controls, and sub-irrigation, with an optional tray destacker for continuous operation.
