Watering is one of the most labor-intensive greenhouse jobs and offers the highest ROI for automation. Boom irrigation is the most accurate and flexible overhead irrigation method. This Dual Rail design suits bays 21′–42′ wide and up to 600′ long. The CPU-based control system provides numerous program combinations for watering and treating crops. User-friendly interface makes programming quick and easy. Delivers 99% irrigation uniformity with consistent coverage across the full bay

What Does a Dual Rail Watering Boom Do?

One boom waters, mists and treats the same bay, and knows which zone it is over

A dual rail watering boom runs the length of a greenhouse bay on a suspended rail, applying water and treatments over the crop below. Several spray bars ride the same boom, so one machine irrigates and mists for propagation. Watering is programmed by crop and by zone, so the boom can treat the two sides of a bay differently, place extra nozzles where the crop dries faster, and shut off to cross a walkway. Nozzle and spray bar options follow what you grow.
