CM200 Coco Coir Processing Mill

Fully automatic coir rehydration for substrate producers and large nurseries. Traditional coir processing uses brute force that damages fibers and doesn't incorporate proper moisture. The CM200 gently tumbles compressed coir blocks while adding water to reach the desired moisture percentage—preserving fiber structure. Load directly from shipping pallets to reduce cross-contamination risk. Low water usage through recycling. No dust. Can be used indoors for year-round production.
