The CD-X1 Nursery Pot Dispenser loads nursery pots onto a production line so your crew does not have to. It mechanically separates individual pots from horizontal stacks, moves them along a chain conveyor, and tips each one upright onto an inline conveyor ready to be filled, at up to 1,000 pots per hour. The CD-X1 runs containers from 6.5 to 15 inches in diameter, covering 1-gallon through 15-gallon nursery pots, and simple mechanical adjustments make changeovers between sizes fast. A PLC with variable frequency drives keeps output steady, and a 10-inch color touchscreen shows pots dispensed, runtime, and machine status at a glance. A 6’2″ x 7’6″ galvanized steel storage table holds a working supply of stacked pots, so one person can keep the head of the line fed while the rest of the potting line runs.
