Lightweight Gantry Boom

Lightweight Gantry Booms are designed to span the full width of a greenhouse bay and are supported by rails mounted to the existing greenhouse post structure. The advantage of this installation is that walking paths are eliminated within a crop, increasing the square footage of growing space. With pathways removed, users can board the boom and ride the rails over a crop to inspect quality and consistency. In addition to the benefit of crop monitoring, a lightweight gantry boom can be used to hang and harvest overhead crops. It can also be used to maintain irrigation lines, lights, shade, and fan systems more easily.
