The Unifortes Industrial Crate and Tray Washing Machines is the perfect cleaning and sanitizing solution for trays, boxes, baskets, and crates. Because of its modular design, the washer can be adapted depending on products or capacity requirements.
Industrial Crate and Tray Washing
The Industrial Line washer consists of a modular washing and rinsing section. The washer is available in width sizes: 700mm (27.56”), 1000mm (39.37”), and 1200mm (47.24”). It is also available in tunnel lengths ranging from 3.5 meters (11.48’) to 11.5 meters (37.73’).
The Unifortes Industrial Washing line is capable of washing up to 2000 crates per hour (based on a trial with E2 crates with the 1150 model).
