    14 Foot Water Tunnel System

    The 14 Foot Water Tunnel System is designed to provide controlled watering capability for multiple watering applications such as flats, trays, pots, and baskets. The 14-foot water tunnel is available in two widths, 16” & 22”. The water tunnel conveyor system can be either a 14-foot power conveyor belt or a 7-foot power conveyor belt with a 7-foot gravity roller conveyor. Both configurations come standard with variable speed control, a 4-bar water manifold, and drain pans. It not only makes it much easier to keep the plants uniformly moistened, but it also prevents wasting water while waiting for the product. The Water Tunnel can be wired into the production line controls, so that if production is stopped or started anywhere along the line, the watering is stopped and started simultaneously, preventing over and under-watering of any product already in the watering tunnel. Available optional extra wide or tall units will accommodate the highest and widest containers, including hanging baskets with hangers if needed.

    3030 Potting Machine

    The 3030 Potting Machine is “the potting machine re-invented.” Its robust construction, advanced drive system, PLC control, and user-friendly color touchscreen, enable smooth operation at highly productive speeds. The 3030 can accommodate pots from 3” up to 11.75” in diameter depending on which of the three different potting modes are used; Single (up to 9.5″ diameter pots), Double (up to 5.5″ pots), or Alternate (up to 11.75″ pots).

    AdeptAg Pot Forks

    AdeptAg Pot Forks significantly reduces the labor required to move plants around the greenhouse or nursery. When used in combination with Buffer Belt Systems, Pot Forks can dramatically reduce a grower’s labor requirements for material handling. Hundreds of pots are moved at one time with a set of AgriNomix Pot Forks. Forks can be used to load and unload carts/wagons and set down in the growing area.

    Pot Forks are engineered to fit on the Prins Maasdijk Trike, Electro, Boxer, and other traditional forklifts. Forks are custom-designed based on the pots, wagon size, and greenhouse/nursery spacing. The rugged mast will handle lifts over 2000 pounds. Tines are attached to the mast with individual brackets to allow for adjustability. The top side of the fork has laser-cut “Y” shaped serrated edges which help secure pots on the tines. The 2-part pressed form of the tine is designed for strength and to align pots upon entry and pick-up.

    AdeptAg Tray Forks significantly reduces the labor required to move plant trays around a greenhouse or nursery. When used in combination with production and/or shipping Buffer Belt Systems, Tray Forks can dramatically reduce a grower’s total labor used for material handling.

    Hundreds of plants are moved at a time utilizing one person instead of the double handling that occurs when they are moved onto carts/wagons and off again by hand. Tray Forks are engineered to fit on the Prins Maasdijk Trike, Electro, Boxer, and other traditional forklifts. Each fork is custom-designed based on the trays, wagon size, and greenhouse/nursery layout. The rugged mast will handle over 2000 pounds. Forks tines are adjustable to the width of your trays. The inverted “T” shaped tine allows for picking up low-profile trays.

    Aerators

    AdeptAg aerators maintain a healthy amount of dissolved oxygen in your water storage so that your greenhouse will have a healthy irrigation source.

    Rainwater falls from the heavens at an ideal 9 ppm of dissolved oxygen. When a farm has large water storage ponds, water silos, or even large poly tanks, water can stand for long periods and become stagnant. Dissolved oxygen levels will begin to drop. When these levels drop below 5 ppm, growers will have a breeding ground for pathogens.

    Many technologies can increase dissolved oxygen levels in irrigation water, but none do it more efficiently than the AdeptAg diaphragm Aerators.

    AdeptAg diaphragm aerator will maintain levels at 9 – 12 ppm of dissolved oxygen in ponds up to 2 acres in size and can be valved to run up to three air stones set in three smaller tanks off of one aeration kit.

    Pond and cistern aerator requirements are 110V 1/3 HP.

    Cyclone Pump Set: Proportional injector systems are an effective way to deliver necessary nutrients to your crop through the irrigation system.  Our Cyclone Pump Sets take out human error possibilities in proportional injection.

    One way in which proportional systems can fall short is in human error—stock solutions can be made inconsistent from batch to batch. Injectors can fall out of calibration over time and irrigation will continue to run without alarm warnings when the stock solution is weak, strong, or empty.     Drive Line Conveyors

    Drive Line Conveyors are portable, modular conveyors used to provide short- or long-term solutions for efficiently moving plants throughout a greenhouse or nursery. What makes these conveyors unique is they are connected section to section by a driveshaft under the conveyor bed with a spring-loaded quick coupler. Available in sections of 2-6 meters, the conveyors are easily moved into place to form up to a 50-meter conveyor (over 150 feet), with only one variable-speed Drive unit required. The Drive Line Conveyors are built from aluminum extrusions and are offered in a slide or roller bed. Fixed or tripod legs are available, as are wheels to make moving sections even easier.     ECA Systems

    Electrolysis of potassium chloride results in Electro Chemical Activated (ECA) water. ECA water is produced freshly on-site and is immediately used for safe and effective disinfection and cleaning of irrigation systems.

    Without effective cleaning treatment, biofilm will exist throughout the water system—in pipelines, storage tanks, sprinklers, and drip systems. In addition to causing clogging problems in plumbing lines, biofilm is a breeding ground for plant pathogenic bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Via the water supply, these pathogens can attack plants at their roots.

    Biofilm in water can be eliminated by ECA injection. ECA water is produced using electricity, softened water, and potassium chloride.

    pH Correction: If your farm or greenhouse irrigates using rainwater or lake water, you may have water that is low in bicarbonates. If this is the case, then often fertilizer selection will help you reach your desired pH level.

    If your farm irrigates using well water or pond water, the bicarbonates can be high, and it may be a challenge to correct and maintain at a proper pH level. When bicarbonate is high it is necessary to lower the pH by adding an acid. When the pH value and the desired set point are too far apart, and the bicarbonate level is high, multiple dosings of acid may be required. If dose levels are too strong you can go over the ‘pH cliff’.

    Circulating water in a tank with a pH loop is the safest way to maintain the correct pH set point.

Up to an 18″ tall stack of new trays are loaded into the magazine then trays are automatically separated and dispensed from the integrated conveyor belt. The dispensing magazine and separation mechanism are user-adjustable to accommodate different tray sizes.
