Portable conveyors are the foundation of a flexible greenhouse conveyor system. Unlike fixed conveyors, portable units can be easily repositioned as production needs change throughout the season. Because greenhouse workflows constantly change with different crops and seasons, portable conveyors provide the adaptability needed to keep operations running smoothly.

This flexibility allows growers to:

  • Connect different greenhouse bays
  • Move plants between production zones
  • Support spacing and processing operations
  • Direct crops efficiently to shipping areas

Details

  • EasyMax & WeVab Models

The portable conveyor is available in EasyMax and WeVab configurations.

    Roller-Supported Belt Design

Dramatically less friction, longer belt life, lower power consumption.

    Built for Wet Greenhouse Environments

PVC rollers and corrosion-resistant materials handle what greenhouses throw at them.

    Two Connection Types

EasyMax meshes with a spline connector; WeVab snaps together with a push-in square connector. Pick what fits your operation.

Up to 200 Feet from One Drive

WeVab and EasyMax powers up to 200 feet per drive; Longer drive reach means fewer motors, simpler wiring, and lower total cost on long runs.

    Parts in-house

Accessories made at Zwart's, conveyor parts stocked in warehouse.

Wide Range of Widths & Lengths

Standard 10" width fits most operations out of the box. Available from 4" to 24" wide and in section lengths from 3' to 20', so the line fits your facility, not the other way around.

    Full-Featured Control Box

Variable speed, forward/reverse, sensor inputs standard

How they Connect

greenhouse conveyors
WeVab Conveyor connect
WeVab Connection

The female side is spring-loaded. When you drop the conveyor into place, you then slide it together.

WeVab Conveyor connect

This allows the connection to engage automatically and ensuring the locking tabs are secured on each side.

EasyMax Connection

On the EasyMax, you need to slide the collar back, drop the conveyor into place, and then slide the collar over the spline to complete the connection.

Portable Conveyor Q&A

WeVab is a push in square connector that does not need to mesh and can be connected on the go where as the EasyMax has a spline type connector that needs to be meshed before turning on. They are both connectable and drive line they just connect differently.
No. EasyMax Connectable Belt and WeVab conveyors do not connect to each other. Each conveyor line must use one system or the other. A facility can run EasyMax on some lines and WeVab on others — they just can't be linked together in the same run.
Conventional flat-deck conveyors drag the belt across a solid surface. That creates friction, generates heat, wears the belt faster, and draws more power — especially in wet greenhouse environments. The continuous bed of high-impact PVC rollers virtually eliminates sliding friction, extending belt life and cutting energy costs.
Standard 120V, 10A power supply — a regular outlet. No special electrical work or dedicated circuits needed. Plug it in and run.
All accessories — hangers, stands, corner guides, belt carts, transition rollers — are made in-house at Zwart's. This means quality control, fast turnaround, and one point of contact for everything.
Both EasyMax and WeVab are manufactured by Martin Stolze and distributed by AdeptAg. They've been delivering reliable conveyor solutions to the greenhouse industry since the 1990s.
