Designed to prevent disease transfer from contaminated crates and trays, a heavy-duty pump circulates heated water up to 120°F through pressurized spray nozzles above, below, and on both sides for thorough cleaning. Detergent can be dosed into the wash cycle, or disinfectant injected into the rinse section. A removable screen filter captures debris during operation. Built from 304 stainless steel with a variable-speed conveyor, it cleans up to 400 trays per hour and supports modular expansion.

  • Disease Prevention

    Reduces contamination transfer by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting crates and trays.

    Multi-Angle Wash

    Strategically positioned spray nozzles on the top, bottom, and both sides provide complete cleaning coverage.

    High-Temperature Capability

    Standard washing temperature reaches 120°F, with optional heating up to 176°F via additional electrical heating elements, heat exchanger, or steam for enhanced sanitization.

    After-Rinse Section

    Allows injection of non-recyclable disinfectant into the rinse water supply to improve hygiene.

    Portable Design

    Integrated forklift pockets allow the washer to be easily relocated within the facility.

    Durable Stainless Steel Construction

    Built from 304 stainless steel for long-term durability and corrosion resistance in wet and chemical environments.

    High Throughput

    The variable-speed conveyor system cleans up to 400 trays per hour with the base model (based on a 20″ tray length and 30-second contact time). Additional modules can be added to extend the washer and increase throughput to match production requirements.
